got another question, how do I get the recipe? I see the food name but not how to?

The meal plans that pop up are general Sparkpeople meal plans.
However, all the recipes from the Spark Solution are entered and available to use in your nutrition tracker.

When I am on the Nutrition Tracker page and click Recipes---all the Spark Solution Recipes are available. If this is NOT happening on your computer---then join the Spark Solution Team and see if this then occurs.

I will follow this thread to see how it goes and if I can provide more help.

I'm re-reading the Spark Solution (it's the most sound and sane program I can find with out eating grass, nuts and berries...

When you track on the Spark app or online - and choose the Spark menu plans, are they based on the Spark Solution?
