A grilled chicken salad or grilled chicken and veg (I usually do broccoli and mushrooms). A white fish and veg would be low on cals and high in protein.
I make a frittata that usually runs around 250 cals and has about 30g of protein. I have a few variations of this recipe using different meats (chicken, salmon, ham) and different veg (you can cut out the sweet potato if you want to save on cals/carbs and add whatever veg you have on hand) but here is the basic recipe: recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?
