I've noticed that I've been doing the same thing! Case in point: last week Mon-Wed were great. Thursday we went out for happy hour to celebrate a new person joining our team, and I had two beers at that, even though I had planned on just one, plus bar snacks.
Friday was our company holiday party, and I ate way too many sweets. Saturday I began some holiday baking and indulged in one or two of every kind of cookie I made.
I, like you, am back on track this week! I'm meeting a sorority sister after work for drinks, but I plan on eating well all day and then just one glass of wine this evening.
I'm getting really frustrated that none of my pants or skirts fit so definitely need to make some changes soon!
