I was assuming they would be put in with the alternative protein sources, but a little part of me was like but it comes from a fruit!
I mostly started using pumpkin seeds as a way to bump up my magnesium intake when I found out I was deficient. And the fact that they're a good source of fibre and protein (things I had previously been upping) and good fats as well have made them a constant part of my diet. It doesn't hurt that they're so yummy!
