So, today is my 1st day on the 3-1-2-1 Diet. I hate using the word diet, because to me, my new way of eating is a lifestyle change. But, I bought the electronic version of the book and is very interesting. I've been sort of eating this way anyway, but now I'm more focused and aware of what I put in my body. Has anyone tried it yet?
