Just another piece of diet garbage that is simply put out there to make someone money. There's nothing special about this, there's nothing utterly ridicoulus about this. It comes down to getting overall calories to a level that suits your goals, and whatever macros having you feeling the best there which will take a little trial and error for everyone.
Nothing wrong with not eating perfectly clean all the time, no reason to force yourself into a schedule of clean and cheat days. Dang, that just sounds like a recipe for being even more OCD about eating, not a solution.
Try to eat clean, you want a burger or candy bar? No problem. Realize you had that and go easier the rest of the day or the next day a bit. If you want

I'm 5'8" stinks being shorter
Summer 2011- 215 lbs. Peak weight
Christmas 2011- 200 lbs
Start of summer 2012- 170 lbs
September 2012- Made my goal of competing at feather weight for Bjj (under 149 with a little water cut)
Now I'm just trying to maintain around 152ish to leave me in easy cutting range. Also trying to relax and eat more like a normal person now, balancing enjoying life and staying healthy.
