I work two jobs and one is midnights. My sleep can be way out of whack. There are many days i go wayyy too long before i get any. This is one task i am trying to get a grip on but...
My second is i can bring something light to job one not a problem. I can go home and eat breakfast... my problem is job two. Its hard to bring a snack that's quick when i only get one 15 minute break. If i have a shorter shift and dont have anything on my break... when i get home i really am hungry, i dont want to eat anything too major because well be eating dinner like an hour and a half later. its really frustrating trying to work around this.
Today started off really good. I had my coffee and my special k cinnamon pecan and only a piece of toast. but when i went to job two for a 6 hour shift... and in retail it sucked today being black friday... god there's so many mean... rude.... greedy people! I was irritated and went to my break away from everyone. I went out to my car and went to eat my well thought of snack, a banana.. and it was frozen
too cold for my teeth. ok well i couldnt get anything inside i would've stood in line all break!! So when i got home i was so hungry but dinner is like clock work 530 I start it.
Any ideas? Or what i can have in these times? something quick easy and for some energy yet helping me not feel so hungry?
