I'll second what Sunshine said. Your body might simply need more calories. That's certainly been the case with me. I've been trying to stay between 1200 and 1300 calories per day. But the fact is that its not enough to sustain my regular running schedule. Last night I was really hungry and today my run was just awful. I realized that I simply need to eat a bit more so that I can remain active and productive.
Make sure that you are truly hungry and not just craving potato chips though!

I do not typically snack at night but in the past week I have been feeling hungry (I think) at night. I have been doing the same thing all along and I just can't figure out why this is suddenly happening. Any ideas?
