Lol, I've had days like that, usually I track them to either: previous days have eaten too few calories, or have eaten a lot of carbs.
The best thing I've found for me is to drink 2 big glasses of water, brush my teeth and go to bed!!
If you can't do that...just keep muching raw veggies and fruit if you can.
I used to think "Clean Eating" was devouring cupcakes while mopping the floor.
