My SP goal tells me to eat more after putting in my exercise. So, in order to lose weight you need to have a 500 calorie deficit. I have 444-794 calories left today to meet my daily goal. Do I leave it, or eat a snack fulfilling atleast 444 cals?
I get mixed answers on eating back and not eating back. But can someone explain to me what I should do?
