My plan is to just enjoy myself. I have a rule that I'm following where I avoid chemicals and preservatives at home. However, I'm allowing myself the freedom to not worry about what I'm eating outside of the house (like when I eat out with friends).
I usually spend the Holidays with my best friend at his house, so I'm going to do that. For breakfast, I'll be eating "cleanly" but I won't worry about what I'm eating at the house. I'll just enjoy myself. I only get turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing once a year. Then, of course, dessert is my weakness.
I'm more concerned about Christmas simply because I have a buffet trip, Christmas Eve Chinese food, Christmas Dinner at my friend's house, and a week later there's New Year's. Still, I have no intention to eat junk every meal of every day for the next month and a half.
