I would give you one additional piece of advice. Be careful about the portion calculator. It is very important to get this right or when you try to apply it to your daily tracker the numbers will be off.

Thanks to you both for your quick responses! I honestly just kept expecting a recipe builder to be on my food tracking page, but I just wasn't seeing it. I didn't realize I had to go into Spark Recipes to get to it. I had no idea!

I have been back on SP for a few weeks now after a very long hiatus, and I am trying to figure out how to go about entering my own recipes. I'm guessing it's far easier than I think and I am probably totally overlooking it, but if someone could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it! :)
