That depends. Are you legitimately hungry, or just bored? If you're just bored, have some water or tea or something, or find an activity that will keep you busy.
If you're hungry, eat something healthy! (If you have enough calories in your range to fit it in, perfect. If you don't, but you really are hungry, still eat, but look at your tracker to figure out how you can make room in your diet for a nighttime snack.)
