I've been back on Sparkpeople for just more than 1 day and I already feel better. Tracked my food for the first time in 8 months and after just 1 day of eating right, I feel so much better. I have more energy, my digestion has improved, and I slept better last night.

Can't wait to see what result Day 2 brings tomorrow.

Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels and looks.
