However, I would suggest a bigger lunch even though you have only a half hour.
I didn't do Habitat, but over the summer I did gospel road with the high school youth. I found that one sandwich just didn't do so for the rest of the week I ordered two. You will be expending a lot of energy and you need to make sure that you eat enough. Believe me, you WILL burn it off.
Bring more than you think you will eat. Trust me, you will need the food. Also bring extra water. not sure what the temp is, but the night before, freeze a few bottles of water. they are good to use to keep your sandwich/salad cold, but they will also be great to drink.
