Are you bringing meals and snacks that are healthy but you enjoy? What about a healthier treat that may satisfy you but won't be over your calorie needs such as a small piece of chocolate?
I am not sure if you can do moderation but lets say once a week can you treat yourself to one small piece of the item that is served? It may help you feel less deprived.

I know what you mean! My work place is like that too.

I have a bunch of motivational pictures on my phone that help me.

Also, I have been wearing my HRM during Spin and Boot Camp classes. When I see my actual calorie burn from those, it doesn't make that donut seem worth it.

Every once in a while, I will indulge in a treat if it is a delcious homemade cookie or muffin. I stay away from the store bought stuff.

It is hard, but you have to decide what is more important. Now, I'm not saying that you have to say no all the time. Say no most of the time, but once a week or a fortnight have a small piece.

I had a piece of cake at work today because life isn't fun without cake. Moderation is the key.

There are no shortcuts. No magic bullets. No secret spells. What works is hard work, dedication, and a daily dose of chocolate.

My coworkers are always bringing food to share: bagels, cheesecake, cookies. Or work provides free breakfast (usually pastries) or lunch (usually pizza). The work-provided meals are in the breakroom down the hall so they're easy to ignore. But it's hard to see cheesecake two feet away and say no!
