Are you bringing meals and snacks that are healthy but you enjoy? What about a healthier treat that may satisfy you but won't be over your calorie needs such as a small piece of chocolate? I am not sure if you can do moderation but lets say once a week can you treat yourself to one small piece of the item that is served? It may help you feel less deprived.

My coworkers are always bringing food to share: bagels, cheesecake, cookies. Or work provides free breakfast (usually pastries) or lunch (usually pizza). The work-provided meals are in the breakroom down the hall so they're easy to ignore. But it's hard to see cheesecake two feet away and say no!
