When I wake up, the first (or second) thing I do after getting out of bed is drink a full glass of water.
I have a 24-ounce container for water; when I finish the container, I fill it right back up and track "3 glasses" on SparkPeople. And I can always automatically count the one I had getting out of bed.
How do you keep track of your daily water intake?
I am 100% lovable just the way I am. At the same time, I deserve to reach my fitness goals. I am worth it.
