I am an early riser (partly due to work schedule and partly inborn!) -
I eat breakfast usually at 6:30am when I get to work (usually drink my coffee on the ride in to work -- have a 45 minute commute each way)
I eat a snack at 9:00am (usually egg whites/pineapple)
I eat lunch at 11:30am (usually a salad, grilled chicken)
I eat another snack at 2:00pm (almonds or a piece of cheese/apple)
I eat dinner early (turkey burger, salad, roasted vegetables is typical) -- usually by 5:00pm and finish up before 6.
I might have some frozen fruit like strawberries/other berries at 8 and then I am done for the night.

So far this is working for me -- keeps the hunger away and I feel great.

My eating schedule changes depending on my plans. I almost always exercise first thing in the morning. When I have an evening workout, however, I tend to eat bigger meals beforehand. After the evening workout, I

have a small snack of fruit, shower, and go straight to bed. (I'm not a night owl at all, so I get exhausted by 10:00pm on the weekdays.)

Weekdays/Work:

9:30-10:00am: Breakfast
11:30am: Snack, usually fruit or yogurt
1:00pm: Lunch (biggest meal of the day)
4:00pm: Snack, usually fruit or vegetables
7:00pm: Snack, usually fruit or some nuts
8:30pm: Dinner

On the weekends, I have more flexibility, so I have time to savor my meals. I prefer to eat less often, but with bigger calorie counts. On Sundays, my last meal is dinner.

11-1:30pm: Brunch (biggest meal of the day)
4:30pm: Snack, usually fruit with some fat
7:30pm: Dinner
10:30pm: Snack, usually fruit and some nuts

breakfast--around 8; medium-sized meal
lunch--sometime between 1-2; large meal
dinner--around 8PM--small meal

I often have one snack--generally it is a piece of fruit. Timing depends on when/if I am hungry.

I have spent a lot of my life living in South America, so some of this pattern is cultural--big late lunch followed by siesta. My mother is from Argentina. My father is part Spanish, and I tend to have the typical want-to-eat-ridiculously-late-at-night tendency of the Spaniard.

Dances: salsa (standard/LA), casino, rueda de casino, cumbia Colombiana, bachata, mambo, cha-cha-chá, merengue, reggaetón.

Dances to Learn in the future: flamenco, tango Argentino, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, ballroom rumba

Breakfast - 6:50
Lunch - 11.10
Afternoon snack 1 - 1.10
Afternoon snack 2 - Between 3 and 5, depending on work and hunger
Dinner - 7ish
Dessert - 8.30

I have a fairly strict timetable because I'm a teacher and I don't chose my breaks. My body is so used to eating at these times that I tend to stick to it on the weekends.

Mine's pretty different on account of mornign working out and college classes

6:30- Wake and Coffee
6:45-7:30 weight room
7:45 Whey
8:30- Carby snack (banana or homemade oatmeal muffin :)
9:30 cottage cheese or greek yogurt with some fruit
11:00 Finally. Breakfast. Big scrmabled eggs with lean ham and peppers or spinach, mozzarella, and chicken
1:00- Huge lunch. Rice or sweet potato with 10+ ounces chicken and large portion of broccoli or green beans

Then I'm pretty much good for the day. Almost a reverse intermitent fast. I make sure to get at least 140g protein by then so that if I do want something in the evening it can be small and simple. Little bag of popcorn, peanut butter and toast. Something like that. But often times after I get home late from either labs or Bjj I just want to check facebook and go to bed.

Breakfast - 7:15
Morning snack (yogurt) - 10:05
Lunch - 12:15
Light dinner - Two hours before workout (so, between 4:30 and 6:00)
Post-workout snack- 30 minutes after workout

On the weekend it's more variable, but since I tend to go to the gym in the morning I try to eat a light breakfast two hours before, a high-protein (vegetarian) lunch shortly after, a mid-afternoon snack around 4:00 and dinner around 7:00.

7-8 am - Coffee with heavy cream
10 am - Breakfast
12 pm - Coffee with heavy cream
1-2 pm - Lunch
5-6 pm - Dinner

This is my general eating schedule, which works well with the my kids school schedules. We eat lunch and dinner together. It does vary though as I don't eat when I'm not hungry.

I just wanted to clarify that my eating "schedule" isn't a strict plan where I eat at those times no matter what. I eat breakfast after I run but before I leave the house for the morning, which usually works out to around 7:30, but wouldn't eat then if I weren't hungry. For lunch, noon is about when I'm getting hungry, but it can really range anywhere from 11:30ish to 1:30ish. Dinner is often my meal most influenced by outside factors, as we have to get the kids fed at a reasonable hour for them to get to bed, but because of the rest of my eating schedule, it works out that I'm hungry then. (If I'm not, I'll just eat a small amount with the family and have a larger snack later.)

Breakfast- Around noon
Snack- 2-3pm
Lunch- 5pm
Dinner-8pm
Dessert (it's not really dessert but a fancy yogurt parfait, meh... it's dessert to me)- 10pm

I wake up early at around 6am but I'm a late eater. Not very hungry before noon. Just coffee in the AM. I've always been hungriest in the evening.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. If you don't want to get bulky, lift heavy!

I can bench Nicole Richie, eat more than she does in a day before noon, I have a good 20 lbs on her but could still wear her pants.

I am up at 5am, so tend to eat by 5:30. My other meals and snacks are whenever I am hungry, regardless of what the clock says.

I'm trying to wean myself off of a schedule for personal reasons. I stick too strict to my schedule. I try to have breakfast around 9:30, then lunch around 2 and then dinner around 6. I need to learn to snack in-between meals though.

I have breakfast around 7:30, lunch around noon, and dinner around 6:30 or 7:30 (though sometimes later, after the kids are in bed). I generally have a snack around 9pm, and occasionally have one in the afternoon at about 3-ish if I'm feeling hungry.
