The cauliflower dough works really well. I am still trying to find the perfect recipe, but one hint I can give you, is to microwave the cauliflower once it's gone through the food processor, and then put it in a tea towel and squeeze out all of the moisture. Then you'll have a good product that will make a good crust that isn't soggy. I started doing this to make cauliflower "fried rice" and it is awesome!
