Any time I need to add protein I make my own protein shake using egg beaters(no cholesterol in egg beaters). I use 1 cup of egg beaters(120 calories) and 1 cup of Silk Almond Milk(30 calories) and about 1 tsp of strawberry Crystal Light powder. It taste like a rich, creamy strawberry milk shake and has 25 grams of protein for only 150 calories and only 5 grams of carbs.

I am not getting enough protein in my diet. Every protein supplement I have seen has so much cholesterol and artificial sweeteners. Is there any out there that doesn't have cholesterol and artificial sweeteners? I don't care if it doesn't taste that good because I am just planning to drink with green smoothies. I wanted to mention that I am not looking at soy protein. My doctor said its better to avoid it due to family history with thyroid issues.
