Either that, or hit change nutrition goals at the bottom right. Both take you to the same page.
I dropped my carb down to 0-50, and that stopped all the warning messages. If you set new goals.. weight loss in a specific amount of time... it will reset, so I would put in your goals, and then change the macronutrient ratios to what you want.
I chose a long term weight loss goal, so I wouldn't have to worry about this for a while. Changing the amount of exercise drastically can have an effect too.
