Fat doesn't make you fat. Eating more calories than your body uses does. Healthy fats are essential in your diet.
You really should be trying to get enough fruit and veg in your diet. Could you not pair them with something else?
Cottage cheese (other cheeses)
Ricotta cheese and fruit on whole grain toast
Cottage cheese or Greek yogurt with fruit and nuts
A veggie omelette
Beans on whole grain toast
A bean salad
Homemade "healthier" muffins
Nut butter with apples or whole grain toast
Greek frozen yogurt
