If I had no other options consisting of unprocessed nutrition, there are a couple products I would feel ok about on occasion from the Amy's line.

I doubt these are that healthy, but if it is okay in your diet, all you need to do is worry about how often you have it, and serving size. Healthy is a relative term. Look at the sodium per serving, and see if it fits into your ranges.

There isn't a group of perfect foods out there. Sometimes your goal should be to eat health-IER, like having 2 slices of pizza, iced tea, and a salad, instead of 6 slices, and a pop. Is it the best meal? NO, but a lot health-IER choice,

I love Amy cheese enchiladas but only as a special treat, not much nutrition when compared to a self prepared meal. Sorta like fast food !

I like some of the Amy's products, on occasion, especially its spinach feta pocket. I like to keep a couple of the meals in my fridge for those times when life is too crazy to cook, and pretty much everything that I have tried are pretty good. The sodium content can be a little high, if that is something that you have to watch. And the nutrition bang is often a little lacking for the calorie buck. Those burritos (the bean ones, at least) tend to be over 300 calories for less than 10g of protein which is not something that I'm willing to accept on a regular basis.

My take? Amy's products can be a part of a healthy diet and are really great option when you may otherwise eat fast food, etc., but I wouldn't rely on them all of the time. Target, BTW, has the best values on Amy's products in my area (better than Wal-Mart or my local grocery store).

Does anyone have an opinion on how healthy these are? What about the rest of the Amy's line? Any and all input is appreciated!

Just keep going...
