This last bottle of balsamic that I bought, was a White Balsamic. I can use it straight up. I guess I did the other sometimes also, but if I did mix it I was usually about half and half, maybe a little more balsamic.
Yes, straight up is a bit tangy but I like it

I just made my recipe for the first time last week. It was so delicious. I used 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar, 1-1/2 Tsp. Extra Virgin olive oil, 1/8 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 Tsp. minced fresh Garlic, 1/8 Tsp. salt, 3 dashes pepper. I mixed it up in a mini food processor.
In fact, i will go to a ratio of as low as 1:1 sometimes - yes it's tangy but I like it that way, a bigger problem is it just gets too darn thin! But i thicken it with a spoon of prepared dijon mustard.
Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE** Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE** Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)
