I love drinking Jamba Juice all fruit smoothies, but I have been lacking a bit of protein in my diet, so I thought maybe adding a boost of protein in the smoothies would be a good way to get that extra bit. However, they offer two options: soy and whey. I don't know what the difference is between them or which one I should choose. I am currently trying to lose weight, if that has any influence on which to choose. Any suggestions would be helpful!
