I also drink a protein smoothie for breakfast everyday during the week because it is easy to make. Right now I am putting strawberries into a vanilla smoothie, i only use water now cuz it is always around. I have used almond milk unsweetened. I also make a chocolate one and i used to put peanutbutter, then i was adding coconut extract at one time, I have gotten used to just the protein powder with water and ice. It just depends on my mood and how much time I have in the morning to put everything together.

Add instant coffee and vanilla extract... Yum! Buy a selection of different extracts- they are only 1-2 dollars each, and a couple drops goes a long way. I have hazelnut, almond, and marshmallow which are all delicious. I also have butter flavored extract, but I don't think that would be good in a protein shake.

For breakfasts most mornings, I have a protein shake because it's easy to make and I can drink it on my way to work in my portable cup. However, I get bored very easily. How can I add some variety to my protein shake? Thanks!
