I'm also not a breakfast person and eat after I have been up for a while. I have a protein shake that I made the night before and grab from my fridge. Then I have a yogurt. Then I have some nuts or a home made protein/fiber bar. then it's lunch time!

I prefer to eat after I've been up for about two hours. I keep a carton of eggbeaters in the fridge at work, veggie sausage and a Laughing Cow cheese wedge. Takes about two minutes to make in the microwave. Roughly 150 calories and keeps me full til lunch.

Here is what I bring most weeks for breakfast at work (none of it is stinky and all of it is made ahead of time):

homemade granola with whole milk - my version of cereal and its high in protein due to the amount of nuts & seeds I put in the granola and I use whole milk because that is what my daughter drinks (and I am not afraid of the fat)

breakfast quiche with whole wheat crust - make at the beginning of the week and bring a piece to work every day, I have added broccoli and other vegetables to this recipe and it comes out great

breakfast taco - scrambled eggs (premade for the week), pico de gallo, cheese or bacon (depending on the week and my mood), and a whole wheat tortilla

homemade chai tea - I have this almost every morning. I prefer the homemade because I control the ingredients and it is a lot cheaper than stopping at Starbucks! Again, I use whole milk and honey to make it so there is some fat and sugar but nothing like the stuff you get at a store.

I always eat breakfast at work, too. I drink a large coffee on my way to work and it fills me up until about 9:30 or 10:00 when I'm ready to eat. Lately I've been on an oatmeal kick. I like the Kashi GoLean oatmeal, it has good protein and good fiber and whole grains, and fills me up for quite some time. I will have a greek yogurt in conjuction with it. This all together is only 270 calories.

Another favorite of mine is to buy a carton of 100% egg whites. I then bring an egg from home, mix some of the egg whites with the egg and microwave it in a bowl, and I also cut up a zucchini and microwave-steam it (cut up, put on paper plate, cover with paper plate, nuke for 1 minute). The microwaved egg is not stinky. This breakfast is only 150 to 170 calories but I usually will eat a snack before lunch time. Or have a greek yogurt with it.

I can never eat in the morning. My stomach wakes up about an hour after I do. I have a part-time job that starts at 9:00 am, so I end up bringing my breakfast with me every time I go in.

My office doesn't have a microwave, so I bring things that are good either cold or at room temperatures. What kind of stuff?

Fruit and protein-powder smoothies, using either almond milk, skim milk or keffir as a base
Nuts and dried fruit
Yogurt with fresh fruit and granola
Protein bars if I'm really tired and don't want to bother with anything else. They're sugar bombs, though, so I try to avoid them.
Nut butter and jam sandwiches on whole-grain bread
Whatever fruit is in season
Hard-boiled eggs. I don't do this frequently because they can give me heartburn, but once in a while they're okay
Whole grain crackers
Small amounts of cheese

That's all I can think of for now!

I make an egg cup in a cupcake pan. I mix eggs, spinach a little cheese and whatever meat I have around, bacon sausage, even corned beef this week. I bake it and I make five at a time one for each day. When I get to work I microwave it. Depending on what goes into it using a large muffin tin it is between 250 and 300 calories. If you need less calories you could use a smaller tin

you can make little muffin 'quiches' (basically just pour your wet eggs & seasonings & veggies in and just reheat at work to have with bread or in a wrap.

greek yogurt + fruit/nuts = win.

protein shakes are easy- just need a blender bottle and you can keep the powder at work in a container or pack it separate from the rest of the smoothie of your choice.

hummus wrap with meat/beans/tofu/veggies/egg/cheese

overnight oatmeal with greek yogurt, protein powder, fruit (blueberries are the best imo), cinnamon, vanilla

Current goal:
-8 pounds (32 total) by October

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

Could you make a breakfast wrap to go, and eat it on the last part of your work commute?

As for stuff you can make in the break room, how about oatmeal made with milk, and with some protein powder stirred into it? Maybe top it off with some nuts if allergies aren't a concern?

Bring in hard boiled eggs. I do a greek yogurt parfait most days for breakfast and it's pretty satisfying.

You could always do a lunch meat and cheese wrap, with maybe some lettuce. I also like unsweetened yogurt with fruit and nuts. Do you have a blender? Smoothies are always an options. You can boost protein with whey powder, tofu, yogurt, or nut butters. I have also been known to eat dinner leftovers for breakfast.

Trying to start the day off with more protein and less carbs - it fills me up and significantly reduces my need for morning snacks. I love stuff like over-easy eggs and turkey bacon, but I usually am not hungry till I get to work and those things are hard and stinky to make in a microwave! Any ideas for stuff I could eat that is high in protein and doesn't stink up the break room? :)
