One graham cracker sheet, broken in half and sandwiched with 1/2 T of PB. Something sweet with some protein and fat (which I sometimes struggle with working enough in) for under 120 calories.

Mine is warmed cheese sticks with spaghetti sauce ( I put a lot of veggies in mine) but omg it is sooooooo good. I just spray some non stick spray on a plate, pop two of them in for 30 seconds, then top with some sauce. Out of this world!!!!!!! Whats yours?
