That is fantastic, however I will caution you! If by definition of fast, you mean you have made loads of changes quickly, and you are dropping a lot of weight quickly, try to slow it down. Success isn't judged by how fast we lose, but rather doing it sustainably and keeping if off, and slowly is the recipe for that one!
