This is my normal routine:
upon rising - drink 3 glasses
between breakfast & lunch - drink 3 glasses
between lunch & dinner - drink 3 glasses.
I'll also have a tall 16 oz glass of tea (herb sweetened with stevia leaf)
After dinner, usually during hot tub, another glass or two,
but that probably compensates for the water loss (sweat).
During the night, I usually get up to pee 2 or 3 times
and will have a sip or two of water because my mouth is dry.
