sometimes i do the actual cocoa & sugar method... sometimes i use nutella on the rare occasion i have it... but most of the time i use a packet- i don't have it often. i use the land-o-lakes ones and just use less powder than they say for 1 serving (or more milk).

I usually drink it unsweetened. 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder, 8-12 ounces of hot water, and 1/4 cup 2% milk and a tiny bit of vanilla. If I am im the mood I add sugar, or you could add a calorie free sweetener.
Which do you prefer? Instant such as Swiss Miss- Skim milk with a little Hershey syrup, they now have Dark chocolate, Or do you make your own using Coco? I'm finding the Swiss Miss diet is tasting more salty and does no completely disolve in hot water.
