I was just exploring the meal planning option, thinking of ways to simplify when life gets hectic. I notice there's no lactose-free option on the meal plans. Am I missing something? I find there's so much lowfat cheese in the plans that I can't really use them. The only cheese I can eat is goat cheese, and that's very hard to find in lowfat versions (though it is naturally lower in fat that cow's milk cheese).
