Rice cakes are crunchy. Carrots are crunchy. Cheerios are only 100 cals per 1 cup serving and they could work too.

Have you tried Beanitos? They're chips made from beans, so they have this nice thick texture, earthy nutty taste, plus fiber to boot! I've tried the black bean with sea salt and the white bean nacho cheese. Both flavors are mild but delicious!

I've made kale chips in the oven and apple chips in a dehydrator and both were excellent. They're not really carby, but they have both satisfied me when I'm in the mood for something like chips in a way that carrots or celery (which I love) don't.

Occasionally, I'll get some mini rice cakes or Special K chips, both of which are all processed and not especially healthy, but since it's a rare indulgence, I don't worry about it too much.

From Sprouts (I haven't found these anywhere else), sprouted almonds with olive oil and sea salt. You only need a small amount to be satisfied.

Inch by inch, anything's a cinch!

Crunchy snacks. Any one have a favorite? I like certain things crunchy, but need more types. Right now it's organic popcorn, and I have had kettle chips (which I feel is not really all that good for you, and they are addictive) They have a good ingredients listing, I get the Sea Salt one. When they add the flavorings, the listing gets huge and more junk is in them. Not my deal. They do use Sunflower oil.
But I would like more choices and not with something like the kettles, that you CAN'T just eat one of! lol And definitely simple ingredients, sugar is out.
I do eat, celery and carrot sticks, but I look for something like the carbs above. I did find the Blue Diamond baked chips, regular and they are really good!! If you can find them. They have very few ingredients as well.
