If you're using a juicer/extractor then I would look up the values for the individual juices. If you're juicing using a blender (i.e. Ninja or Vitamix) I would count the whole fruits and veggies.
If there are some particular juices you make often you can save the grouping as a favorite or recipe to save you time in the future.
