I use EAS Lean 15. I started using EAS products years ago when I was on the Body for Life program. I usually add water, fruit and ice to the vanilla; and I add bananas and peanut butter to the chocolate. If I want more protein, I add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, almonds, etc. Sometimes I add spinach. I LOVE my morning smoothie.
