Nachtskai, that sounds like an excellent plan.
I am trying to savor a lot of the foods I eat. Tasting it, thinking about how it tastes and how good it is. I'm finding it helps curb my cravings.
As for chocolate, I like it, but I like it best mixed with other stuff, so I'll add cocoa powder to a smoothie or use fiber one chocolate cereal for a topping for yogurt. As soon as I have room in my freezer I'm going to make some higher fiver lower sugar brownie bites and freeze them so I can pull out one to have for a snack.
