I have used both. Frozen and fresh fruits and veggies. The reason I love my Nutribullet is that imulsifies everything into a smoothie consistency. The nutrition you receive through the nutrients is outstanding! If you find you get a little hungry in 2-3 hours, you can add a scoop of protein powder in to hold you longer.

This SP article will give you some of the pros and cons of juicing. Please helpful tips and things to consider.
If you decide this is the route you want to take, you could use fresh or the frozen/thawed variety.

You could use thawed freggies but I'd just toss it all in a blender and make a smoothie instead. That way you're getting all the fiber in fruits and vegetables that keeps blood sugar from spiking like juice does.

I have decided to give Juicing a go. I have always wanted to try it. The only thing I haven't been able to find an answer to is whether or not you can buy frozen fruits/veggies, thaw them, and then use them in the juicer, or if I would be better off going every few days to get fresh fruits/veggies. Any thoughts?
