i met with a nutrionist / personal trainer yesterday
she suggested I -- try eating a veggie with every meal
i just cant see me knawing on a carrot at breakfast
and I didnt have any eggs or eggwhites today to make a veggie omelet
i supose i could make a kale protein shake ..?? any suggestions for breakfast ideas
that include veggies ..
i have to stay away from fats like pork meats and today i did have red meat but i measured it was only 4oz a dietican i spoke to last year said one should never have more than 2 oz of protein per meal ..
so if you read any recipe book - none of them ever call for 2/12 oz of protein its usually 6 to 8 oz -- no wonder so many people are overweight??
i guess i should consder an over eaters annonymous club but doesnt that just focus on being overweight?
