I eat a Greek yogurt everyday (mine is 160 calories and very good for the gut), also I have made my own trail mix (I'm still working out the details of it) but it contains lots of different nuts, some wheat chex, and some dark chocolate M&Ms (just 1/2 cup is about 300 calories, but works within my calorie limits).
Remember that being at your weight and exercising is not all there is to being healthy. Don't get yourself into starvation mode! Not eating enough and/or the right things will eventually lead to illness. Start good habits now, they are much harder to break in your 50s!!
