Many people report that their weight loss slows when they "eat back" those calories.

Experiment and see what works best for you. Perhaps only eat back a portion of those calories on days that you are experiencing more hunger.

Typically, you do have to eat more when you exercise. I wouldn't be creating anything larger than -1000 cal deficit from your total daily energy expenditure.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

So I recently added Jillian Michael's 30 day shred to my daily cardio on top of walking for 30 minutes in the morning. When I track both the walking and the DVD in my tracker it says I burn more than 500 calories. I track my foods on the myfitnesspal app instead of Spark because it's easier and right now myfitnesspal says I should be eating about 1500 calories for a weight loss of 2 lbs per week. My question is since I am burning more than 500 calories a day with the cardio should I be eating more calories too? When I plus all the cardio into myfitnesspal it adds an extra 500 calories onto my allowed calories per day. Thanks!

You can do this!
