from the website:

May help support a modest reduction in fat mass when used with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity.

the key word is MAY.

Don't expect magic results, but it's probably not the worst thing you can consume

I would consider CLA to be a healthy fat and inclusion in one's diet. I think, as with every healthy change, outward visible results aren't always apparent.
Ex: I do not see calcium making my bones stronger.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

I tried it a long time ago. It didn't make too much of a difference. I'm interesting in seeing what you think of it. Keep us posted.

I've read a lot of positive information about CLA tonalin and bought myself a pack from the bluebonnet brand. Has anyone tried it before? Is it really helpful at maintaining/developing more muscles? Any feedback would be highly appreciated!
