I would consider CLA to be a healthy fat and inclusion in one's diet. I think, as with every healthy change, outward visible results aren't always apparent. Ex: I do not see calcium making my bones stronger.

I've read a lot of positive information about CLA tonalin and bought myself a pack from the bluebonnet brand. Has anyone tried it before? Is it really helpful at maintaining/developing more muscles? Any feedback would be highly appreciated!
