I'm not sure if I should use the heart healthy, pre-diabetes or both. i have high blood pressure and cholesterol, I am pre-diabetic and hypo thyroid. I'm female, 63yrs, 5'3" and i need to lose 48lbs to get to 140lbs so which do you suggest?
