I bring along Bananas (we split one usually); Zone Bars if lunch gets really delayed or we are hiking; Take along lunch is frequently Eng Muffin with PB or Cheese...(He likes Bagels--too many Carbs for me!) I take a small plastic container of the PB in a ziplock...and a plastic spoon! :)
