Apples, oranges, clementines (very easy to peel and nice, little small portable size), bananas, GRAPES (one of my favs)
Grape tomatoes (I pop them like candy), baby carrots
PBJs, or nuts of any kind, although you have to go easy on them because they add up quickly.
String cheese and healthy crackers, or other cheese and a nice small loaf of multi-grain bread (kind of like a picnic)
If you can do a small cooler, you can put in yogurt, hard-boiled eggs and lots of other stuff.
