I DID TERRIBLE TODAY!!! but I didn't have weak moments it was just my food choices, does that make sense? to many high calorie meals in one day. But I only ate till I was full and I drank my water. I worked out played with the kids, and cleaned house. so I am still giving myself a spongebob sticker!
Also, remember that how fast you lose depends on how much extra weight you need to lose. If you weigh over 300 pounds, you might lose 3 pounds a week, but if you're within 50 pounds of a healthy weight, it will be between 1 and 2 at the most.

Yes, if you eat within the range set by SP, you will lose weight according to the goal you put in. It's important, though, that you eat *within* that range, not under it, as not eating enough will hinder your weight loss (and also probably lead to your not getting enough macronutrients).

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

So when SP give you how many calories you should eat in a day, is that to meet your goal or just to maintain your weight? So as long as I keep at that calorie limit or under, I should be losing 1-3lbs a week?
