The two fast food options I fall back on are kid's meals with the apple slices instead of french fries (McDonald's/Wendy's/BK/etc.), and Dunkin Donuts' eggwhite flatbread sandwiches and wraps. I have done well using these options when I was stuck eating fast food.

Subway is really good about telling you the calories. Other places are getting better about it too. Just remember how many calories you want, and then look at the nutritional packets to tell you which foods fit, and pick the one you like most

There is nothing faster than going to the grocery store and getting 3 slices of deli roast beef....around 150 calories.....maybe add a small Chicago roll for another 110 calories, with snack pack baby carrots ...save the other 3 packets for other lunches..... a medium sized apple at 75 calories...better than fast food.
