That sounds like a solid strategy! My problem is I NEED coffee to get me started. I don't put sugar in it though, and I do drink a tall glass of water first thing every morning. I find that the healthier I eat the more I crave water. It's when I'm in binge or unhealthy eating mode that I crave other drkinks more!

I always start off the morning with green tea and water for breakfast. by not starting out drinking sugar my body does not crave it and that makes it easier to drink water the rest of the day. Sometimes I add another green tea in the afternoon when I want something different to drink.
