Would help if you told us the restaurant (or type of restaurant) you're going to.
Basically you can eat whatever you want. Just watch the portion sizes, as restaurants tend to give you two (or three) times as many calories as you need or desire on any given plate of food.
If it's a restaurant where you can post a link to their online menu, post it, and I'm sure there will be people here that can tell you which items are the "good choices" and which to avoid. Most restaurants will have a few reasonable options... and it sure doesn't have to be limited to chicken!
