What is your SP calorie range? 1200-1550?
What has been your daily intake?

Spark people recommends 1200 calories as the lowest amount for a sedentary. If you are working and exercising it isn't going to take long for you to run yourself down by not eating enough. If you are any medications it might be possible that they are interfering with your appetite. Talk to you doctor and try to eat more.

I am not hungry. I wasn't hungry yesterday, or the day before. Each day, I ate less than half of the calories I was supposed to. My big question is how much do I need before I make myself sick from not eating? According to the pedometer, I take about 8,000 at work, and 30 minutes a day I have a light exercise routine as part of my job. I will work out outside of work, just not everyday. Can anyone help me?
