Many college cafeterias allow students to "take" one piece of fruit with them.
Always do this....it works well for a snack later in the day/evening.

Ah yes, which as good as these meals are, everything there is rather greasy. Unfortunately it's also the most convenient.

I'm liking these ideas though, sandwich supplies would last a while. Popcorn seems epic aswell (though I always assumed it was one of those "bad" "stay away" foods.

Some find nuts to be a food that easily becomes an over-consumption food.

I always Kept sandwich supplies on hand in my mini fridge.
PB&J (a plus because keeps for a long time)
turkey, lettuce, mustard
veggies and hummus

also healthy snacks like popcorn, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, fruit, etc

low calorie yogurt
fruits and veggies
100 calorie pack popcorn
canned broth based soups


I assume you are eating most of your meals at the campus café?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew some healthy foods that I could buy in bulk. My current living situation is in a college dorm with a mini fridge and a microwave so trying to figure out how to make this work with losing weight =p.
