As long as your calories burned goal reflects the amount of exercise you're doing, you should be fine to eat in the calorie and nutrient ranges your SP program suggests- on days you exercise, and on days you don't. So if you're eating at the lower end of your calorie range, for example, it's fine to still stay in that recommended range for protein vs. going lower.
