Last night I ate a pork chop for dessert with my evening meds. That's right, 450 calories of fatty, tough pork, in some sort of wine/balsamic vinegar/olive oil glaze, right before bed.
I stayed within my daily calorie range, but I also spent the night with stomach cramps, frequently interrupted sleep, bizarre dreams and nightmares, and hallucinations.
So what did I do in the morning? I decided that the perfect breakfast after such a night would be a banana, coffee with skim milk which was two weeks past the sell-by date (hey, it still doesn't smell funny...), and a cheap, greasy Celeste Pizza-For-One.
Tasty, and still on track for calories, but I'm still having stomach cramps and indigestion.
What intensely bad food choices have you made?
